Ignite Medical Resort Albemarle is hiring an experienced Director of Culture and Engagement. This role is for someone who enjoys connecting with employees and fostering the culture to recruit and retain the best talent. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the people side of the business, making a significant impact during new employee orientation, and demonstrating appreciation to enhance retention. Requirements
- Experience with processing employee payroll and bonuses
- Experience with managing benefits
- Experience with employee relations and culture (discipline, investigations, performance, terminations)
- Experience with recognition and appreciation
- Experience with new hire orientation
- Experience with retention
- Experience with collaborating with facility managers to assist with operations concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be innovative with designing employee programs
- Assisted Living, LTC, Healthcare or Hospitality industry background
- Human Resources Information System experience w/ Paylocity or another system
