About The Position

The purpose of this role is to provide expert leadership and operational oversight for all short-term inpatient crisis stabilization programs, ensuring immediate access to safe, high-quality, and compliant care, while managing patient flow, high-stakes clinical decision-making, and throughput within 24/7 operations. This position exists to: Lead and oversee the crisis stabilization continuum Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards Provide Operational Oversight Integrate the Crisis Continuum and Flow Drive Operational Performance & Consistency Ensure Crisis Safety, Quality, and Compliance Manage Financial & Contractual Outcomes Develop and Mentor Manager-Level Leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Work or related field preferred
  • Minimum of (3) years of progressively responsible crisis management experience
  • Minimum of (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience overseeing multi-site operations and teams
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between agency locations
  • Demonstrated experience in operational leadership within high-acuity behavioral health or crisis care settings
  • Expertise in managing integrated care models, specifically community-based diversion and short-term inpatient stabilization.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and safety standards in crisis services
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to manage complex operational priorities and respond effectively to urgent situations
  • Ability to analyze operational issues and implement effective solutions
  • High level of attention to detail, organization, and accountability
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in high-risk and time-sensitive situations
  • Ability to work effectively in a behavioral health environment
