This role is responsible for driving the strategic growth and planning of all Continuing Education (CE) for a school. It involves spearheading the implementation strategy and application of courses and certificate delivery policies. The Director oversees the delivery of one or more complex education or training programs, and designs and implements curriculum development and course design for Continuing Education offerings. The position also manages all CE and training operations, develops projects based on needs assessments, and creates formal and informal CE credit programs. Key responsibilities include updating existing curriculum, ensuring accreditation requirements are met, coordinating all program logistics, and performing administrative duties. The Director is also responsible for overseeing appropriate staffing levels to support program management and managing budgetary functions.
