As a Professional Learning Director (PLD), you will help Panorama clients build the knowledge, practices, and systems needed to effectively adopt our products and advance the student outcomes that led them to partner with us. PLDs are exceptional facilitators, adult learning experts, and trusted education advisors. They develop a deep understanding of each client's goals, context, and current practices and use that understanding to design and lead professional learning and consultation that translates Panorama's products into meaningful educator practice. This work requires connecting deep knowledge of Panorama's products with systems-level understanding of K-12 education. PLDs bring expertise in one or more areas such as multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), school climate and culture, attendance, or special education, while continually expanding their knowledge in response to client needs and emerging technologies, including AI. PLDs partner with district and school leaders to define successful adoption, identify the practices and workflows needed to achieve it, and build educator capacity through high-quality professional learning, facilitation, and ongoing advising. Beyond individual learning experiences, PLDs help leaders translate learning into sustained practice by advising on systems, workflows, and barriers to adoption. PLDs also serve as an important practitioner voice within Panorama, synthesizing what they learn from clients to strengthen our products, services, professional learning, and approach to client adoption.
