About The Position

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking a Continuing Education Coordinator for its Learning & Development department. This role is responsible for managing and processing all continuing education related details and standards. The coordinator will work in partnership with facilitators, business partners, state continuing education liaisons, and operations team members to coordinate submissions, manage details, and maintain standards in alignment with compliance and delivery. This position is based at the Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio, with a potential for a hybrid work option. It is not a facilitation or teaching role.

Responsibilities

  • Independently own the end-to-end coordination of the enterprise continuing education process
  • Maintain CE-related records
  • Own provider, course and instructor submission processes
  • Lead submission of occurrence requests, and the capture and processing of CE credit submissions and approvals
  • Own the communication and relationships with state level departments of insurance, instructors and course owners
  • Consult with course owners, instructors and attendees on status of submissions
  • Maintain knowledge of CE standards and updates across all states, ensuring good standing and adherence
  • Serve as the learning & development subject matter expert of continuing education
  • Liaise between business partners and state departments of insurance to ensure that course content follows CE approval protocol
  • Consult with business partners to finalize CE approval submissions
  • Lead dialogue with state liaisons to ensure approval of submitted CE curricula
  • Periodically travel (up to 25%) to CE courses as CE administrator and then audit the delivery of the CE courses
