Requirements

Experience leading Community-Based Services or similar programs

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of statewide Community-Based Services
Lead client intake, case management, and discharge processes
Coach, mentor, and support employees
Ensure accurate time verification and billing practices
Maintain compliance with DSPD, DHHS and related regulations
Prepare monthly operational reports and trend analysis
Manage departmental budgets
Support strategic growth initiatives
Respond effectively to changing priorities, urgent situations, and operational challenges
