Gordon Food Service is seeking a Director of Sales to collaborate with Sales Managers, Regional Managers, and the Broadline Sales Director to achieve commercial sales goals. This role requires significant thought leadership and people leadership, with a focus on creating win/win relationships with customers, employees, and vendors. The Director of Sales will have global accountability for commercial sales through the development, management, and evaluation of process improvement programs. They will lead a department of over 75 people, support staff development, analyze key performance indicators, manage budgets, and partner with various teams within the organization.
