About The Position

Instructional Empowerment (IE) aims to end generational poverty and eliminate achievement gaps by transforming Tier 1 instruction for deeper learning. As IE enters its next growth phase, they are seeking a builder to lead their business units in developing commercial systems and operational discipline to accelerate growth. This hands-on role involves building commercial operating systems, creating performance dashboards, and developing managers. The ultimate goal is to build the commercial engine that will drive IE's future growth.

Requirements

• Success in building revenue growth in the K12 education sector, B2B, professional services, SaaS, EdTech or consultative sales environments
• Expertise in leading multiple customer facing functions such as K12 education product marketing, marketing, sales, customer acquisition or revenue operations
• Proven ability to build processes, teams, dashboards and operational discipline in growing organizations
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation demand generation and sales enablement
• Expertise in using AI to improve commercial performance, productivity, customer engagement or operational effectiveness
• Exceptional coaching, communication and leadership skills
• Expertise in developing leaders and building organizational capacity
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills

• Experience in the K12 educational market
• Experience serving K12 education or EdTech organization is preferred but not required
