Director of Clinical Services (DCS) - Registered Nurse (RN)
About The Position
The Director of Clinical Services works to provide overall direction to the hospice clinical team. They are responsible for hiring of qualified hospice personnel: the provision of hospice services, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations; and establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines. Suncrest At Brighton/Suncrest Hospice's goal is to change the expectation of hospice care in your area by providing exceptional care and service to our patients. This is achieved by allocating the resources to increase our staff to patient ratios, thereby increasing clinical visits while lowering clinician caseloads. Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice
- 5 years in healthcare industry preferred
- 2 years of experience working in Leadership
