About The Position

At Suncrest At Brighton/Suncrest Hospice, our goal is to change the expectation of hospice care in your area by providing exceptional care and service to our patients. This is achieved by allocating the resources to increase our staff to patient ratios, thereby increasing clinical visits while lowering clinician caseloads. The Director of Clinical Services works to provide overall direction to the hospice clinical team. They are responsible for hiring of qualified hospice personnel, the provision of hospice services, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations; and establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hospice experience
2 years of experience working in Leadership
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice

Nice To Haves

5 years in healthcare industry preferred
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.
Review and monitor sales and service performances
Support, build, and sustain a diverse team of talent who successfully and consistently deliver on objectives and goals.
Hiring of qualified hospice personnel.
Provision of hospice services, directly.
Delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations.
Establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
