About The Position

This role provides oversight of Clinical Operations Support staff and serves as the InPlace software administrator for all LUSON Programs. The Director will manage special clinical operational projects as assigned. Key responsibilities include administering the InPlace software system for efficient clinical placements and accurate reporting, coordinating clinical placements and schedules for BSN students, and maintaining administrative functions of InPlace. This position also involves collaboration with the LU ADS team for Banner connection updates, assisting with InPlace training for new faculty, staff, and students, and overseeing Clinical Operations Support Staff in onboarding students and faculty via InPlace and Cerner systems. The Director will collaborate directly with healthcare systems for student clinical placement and onboarding, and manage local and distant clinical scheduling for residential BSN programs. Specific management responsibilities include supervising and evaluating Clinical Operations Support Staff and working collaboratively with SON Chairs and Program Directors to ensure clinical placements and documentation.

Requirements

Four-year college degree
Strong business experience
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to lead and work with a team

Experience in InPlace software
Experience in a fast-paced environment

Administrator for LUSONs InPlace software system
Responsible for coordination and execution of InPlace software for all LUSON programs
Manage operating procedures of InPlace for efficient clinical placements and accurate reporting of students, staff and clinical partners consistent with program requirements.
Coordinates clinical placements and schedules for all BSN students.
