The Director of Clinical Excellence (DCE) leads clinical practice by partnering with the Vice President of Operations, Regional Vice Presidents, and Regional Directors in promoting consistent, effective, and efficient evidence-based practice to achieve the best outcomes. The DCE develops and supports the organization in clinical analysis, education, training, and strategic planning to drive clinical excellence. The DCE serves as a clinical expert and provides clinical leadership to the entire organization in service delivery, programs, and initiatives. Serving as a clinical expert, the DCE translates insights into actionable plans, develops evidence-based clinical resources and educational content, supports organizational growth and operational excellence, and promotes best practices that enhance patient care and clinical performance.
