The School of Physical Therapy seeks a full-time faculty member to serve as the Director of Clinical Education (DCE) for the Hybrid Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. The Director of Clinical provides leadership, administration, coordination, and assessment of all aspects of the clinical education component of the curriculum. The Director of Clinical Education collaborates with program faculty, clinical partners, students, and University administration to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical education experiences that support achievement of program outcomes and compliance with accreditation standards. The Director of Clinical Education serves as the primary liaison between the program and clinical education partners and is responsible for the development, implementation, assessment, and continuous improvement of the clinical education program. The position requires expertise in physical therapist practice, clinical education, student mentoring, and management of clinical education processes within a hybrid learning environment. The selected candidate will have responsibilities teaching musculoskeletal content to graduate students. Rank and salary will be commensurate with education and experience. This is a remote position that will require travel to the Worcester campus two weeks per semester.
