About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our team in Metter, GA. New graduates are welcome to apply! As a Physical Therapist at Rehab Advantage, you will work closely with a supportive team of Doctors of Physical Therapy to help patients improve mobility and achieve their goals. You’ll evaluate, design, and implement treatment plans for patients with conditions that limit movement or daily activities—all while working in a friendly, professional, and growth-focused environment. Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an APTA-accredited program
  • Active Georgia Physical Therapy license in good standing
  • Proven experience as a Physical Therapist (new grads welcome)
  • Strong knowledge of physiology, therapeutic exercises, and functional training
  • Proficiency with physical modalities and treatment techniques
  • Effective communication and patient-instruction skills
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • CPR Certification

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients specific to age, illness, injury, and/or disease
  • Develop and document individualized plans of care based on evaluations
  • Supervise plan implementation and coordinate treatment with support staff
  • Track established clinic performance metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to problem-solve and propose solutions
  • Contribute to a professional, welcoming clinic culture
  • Go above and beyond to ensure outstanding patient care and satisfaction
