About The Position

Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to provide services within CoreCivic facilities in Ohio. This role typically follows a 3-day per week schedule, giving you both flexibility and consistency. This position offers the opportunity to see more patients in less time and earn more per hour, with no excessive driving, cancellations, or gaps in your day. The role involves evaluating and treating patients with individualized plans of care to improve mobility, function, and quality of life, while collaborating with medical and facility staff and maintaining accurate documentation. Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine has a long-standing partnership with CoreCivic, delivering rehabilitation services across correctional facilities. They utilize an on-site care model, reducing the need for off-site transportation and improving continuity of care. Their clinical philosophy emphasizes conservative, evidence-based care. The company is expanding its services and actively onboarding CoreCivic facilities in Mississippi, Ohio, and Kansas. Services include on-site, hands-on patient care, tele-rehabilitation evaluations, and supervision/collaboration with PTAs and OTAs in a team-based, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Active Ohio PT license in good standing
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
