You’ll partner directly with agency leadership, client leads and department heads to build the operating discipline behind exceptional client work and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of one of the country’s leading healthcare communications firms.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of agency operations, account operations or integrated project management experience.
  • Success overseeing a portfolio of complex client accounts and improving how cross-functional teams plan and deliver work.
  • Strong command of scope, budgets, utilization, resource planning, workflow systems and delivery risk.
  • Experience managing and developing client leads or account operations professionals.
  • Excellent judgment, executive communication and the confidence to create accountability across teams and levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare communications experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own account operations across MediaSource’s client portfolio, creating a clear and reliable view of account health, priorities, risks and upcoming decisions.
  • Build and maintain consistent systems for project intake, planning, staffing, delivery, scope management and follow-through.
  • Lead portfolio health and capacity reviews, identifying issues early and driving clear decisions, owners and next steps.
  • Partner with client leads, PR leaders, strategy and creative teams to ensure work is well planned, appropriately resourced and delivered on time and within scope.
  • Oversee scope, budget and burn-rate visibility while supporting renewal planning and responsible account growth.
  • Coach and develop client management talent while setting clear standards for agendas, recaps, timelines, dependencies and accountability.
  • Strengthen Asana, Harvest and AI-powered workflows so agency leaders have useful information without creating unnecessary process or administrative burden.
  • Improve client onboarding, account planning, relationship mapping, escalation and offboarding practices across the agency.
