About the Role: As our Director of Catering & Conference Services, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional guest and client experiences while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. This role is ideal for someone who brings a passion for hospitality, takes ownership, and is committed to driving revenue, operational excellence, and memorable event experiences. Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality, catering, conference services, or a related industry
  • Ability to drive revenue performance, accountability, and team engagement
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and client relationship management capabilities
  • Experience managing departmental budgets, forecasting, and revenue goals
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change, innovation, and operational growth
  • Strong knowledge of catering sales, conference planning, and event execution
  • Experience managing event logistics, banquet event orders (BEOs), contracts, and client communications
  • Ability to drive catering revenue through strategic selling, upselling, and business development
  • Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations and event service standards
  • Proficiency in hotel sales, catering, and event management systems (Delphi, or similar platforms preferred)
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Event Management, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
