About The Position

Unitek Learning is seeking a Director of Career Services for its Unitek College - Concord, CA campus. This is a builder role focused on strengthening employer partnerships, improving healthcare graduate placement outcomes, leading a team, creating structure, and driving momentum. The ideal candidate will have experience in career services, healthcare staffing, recruiting, workforce development, branch operations, employer relations, or leading a metric-driven team. The role requires someone who enjoys problem-solving, building pipelines, coaching, working with employers, and converting activity into outcomes to help students transition from the classroom to their careers.

Requirements
