The Director of Campus Operations is a highly visible, hands-on leader responsible for driving operational excellence, accountability, financial discipline, and an exceptional client experience across Viticus Group’s campus. This role requires a strong, present leader who is actively engaged on the floor, coaching teams, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring seamless execution of all campus operations. This position oversees Facilities, Audio Visual, Food & Beverage, Transportation, and Front Desk/Client Services teams. The Director must be equally strategic and tactical—capable of setting vision while also rolling up their sleeves to lead execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with concurrent events. The ideal candidate is an operational strategist with strong financial acumen, a proven track record of rebuilding or strengthening underperforming teams, and experience leading complex, service-driven organizations such as convention centers, hospitality venues, healthcare campuses, or large-scale event environments.
