About The Position

Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Director of Business Support Services for their National Support Center (NSC) in Lafayette Hill, PA. This is a hybrid role requiring three days in the office. The Director will be responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and continuous improvement of Hajoca Business Support Services (HBSS) and key Profit Center support functions. This includes oversight of service delivery, credit, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other high-volume financial operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, financial objectives, compliance requirements, and Level 5 customer service standards. The role drives operational excellence through process optimization, performance management, cross-functional collaboration, and the development of scalable solutions to support organizational growth and efficiency. The position reports to the VP Finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
  • 10 or more years progressive leadership experience in operations, finance, accounting, profit center operations, audit, HBSS, or related fields.
  • 5 or more years of management experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple departments and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with process improvement, organizational change management, and operational strategy.
  • Possess a strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, financial operations and related regulations and compliance associated with the HBSS operation.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Possess a demonstrated strategic and systems mindset.
  • Be able to manage multiple functions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Have experience developing and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Be proficient with ERP systems, reporting tools, and business process technologies.
  • Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business, operational and financial insights into operational efficiencies.
  • Possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels across Hajoca.
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for HBSS operations.
  • Lead and mentor department leaders and team members, including Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Credit, and Managers of related financial operations areas.
  • Foster a culture of Level 5 customer service, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Establish performance metrics and monitor departmental performance, making adjustments with urgency and efficiency.
  • Ensure Level 5 service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational standards, procedures, and best practices to achieve measurable operational excellence, training and coaching performance continuously to ensure achievement of needed outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvements, and cost reductions.
  • Ensure service levels and operational objectives are consistently achieved.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for Credit, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other high volume financial functions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with finance leadership to improve cash flow, working capital management, and operational efficiencies.
  • Review departmental metrics and reporting to support informed decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives designed to improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Standardize processes and reporting across departments.
  • Evaluate organizational structures and staffing needs to support future growth.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance reporting to drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
  • Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as requested.
