Director of Business Performance
About The Position
Premier Systems is looking for a business-minded leader to help build the next chapter of our company. This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys solving problems, building teams, improving performance, driving accountability, and helping turn vision into execution. Working directly with the CEO and alongside our Director of Operations, you'll help lead the business side of a growing company by driving financial performance, organizational health, strategic initiatives, leadership accountability, and sustainable growth. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Proven ability to lead people and drive accountability
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with business software, reporting tools, and technology platforms
Nice To Haves
- Experience leading multiple departments or business functions
- Experience with strategic planning and organizational development
- Experience with recruiting, talent development, and performance management
- Experience in construction, home services, skilled trades, or related industries
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Driving organizational accountability and execution
- Monitoring financial performance, profitability, and key business metrics
- Developing and maintaining company scorecards and performance reporting
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Coordinating and tracking strategic initiatives and company priorities
- Improving communication and alignment across departments
- Supporting recruiting, onboarding, retention, and leadership development efforts
- Overseeing business systems, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Supporting marketing effectiveness, customer experience, and organizational growth
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability
- Serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team
- Participating in strategic business development efforts, relationship management, and growth initiatives when needed.
