In this role, you will support the execution of global program and change management communications, as well as program management activities for the S/4HANA (or other technology) transformation. You will help drive organizational readiness, alignment, and capability building across key phases such as UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare, contributing to a consistent enterprise-wide program management approach. Working closely with program leadership, PMO, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will bring structure, clarity, and accountability to complex initiatives. This includes strengthening governance, ensuring disciplined execution, and delivering clear, consistent communications to stakeholders. You will gather and synthesize cross-functional inputs to translate complex program dynamics into actionable plans and high-quality executive deliverables that support decision-making.
