About The Position

CDL Nuclear Technologies is a national leader in cardiac imaging and nuclear medicine solutions, partnering with health systems across the country to expand access to advanced diagnostic care. Our CardioNavix platform supports hospital-based cardiac PET programs that drive improved clinical outcomes and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of hospital-based sales and negotiation experience, including IDN and GPO exposure.
• Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships and delivering client-focused solutions.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, along with strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital systems, IDNs, and GPOs to expand CDL’s presence nationwide.
• Identify new business opportunities, negotiate agreements, and expand utilization within existing hospital customers.
• Negotiate contracts, oversee implementation of terms, and manage accounts throughout the full contract lifecycle.
• Proactively enhance the hospital customer experience while ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnership stability.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to support new product offerings and strategic initiatives.
• Develop a deep understanding of CDL’s business model, performance metrics, and evolving hospital market dynamics.
