About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Director of Business Development to direct the planning and implementation of the sales process and achieve budgeted admission activity for a specified territory. The role supports the organization’s home-based care services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or finance; alternatively, extensive related field experience, or a professional license with extensive related field experience.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing Medicare-certified home health and hospice operations.
- Basic demonstrated technology skills, including the operation of a mobile device.
- Valid state driver license.
- Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
- Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
- Safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Related experience working with beneficiary qualifications.
- Previous experience with a Medicare home health or hospice provider.
- Management experience.
