About The Position

Friendship Haven is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to join their HMG Team. The role involves establishing an ongoing viable network of referral sources that supports the facility and ensures the census and program goals of the facility are achieved and maintained.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 2 year of healthcare marketing and/or experience with admissions required.
• Long term care experience and/or comparable experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Performed bedside evaluations.
• Experience working with hospital case managers.
• Ability to work effectively with all members of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and creative individual with an ability to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities
• Excellent time management skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience needed in the Clear Lake, Webster, League City markets is preferred
• LVN preferred
• College graduate or College experience preferred
