About The Position

Total Extended Care Services (TECS), a physician-led Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation practice, is seeking a Director of Business Development and Market Launch to drive strategic growth and secure new business opportunities in post-acute care settings. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales expertise to expand market presence, build relationships, and drive growth across the regional network. It includes partnership development, strategic planning, marketing and outreach, and maintaining TECS’s competitive position. The Director will also lead planning and oversight for new market launches, coordinating cross-functional teams and staff to support successful site openings, brand alignment, and transitions to ongoing operations. The position requires travel throughout Ohio and offers a flexible schedule and a collaborative work environment. TECS provides rehabilitation services through a team of Board-Certified Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Proven success in partnership development and growth strategies in physical medicine, rehabilitation, or related fields.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Ohio.

Nice To Haves

5–8+ years of business development experience in the healthcare post-acute sector is preferred.
