About The Position

Dir BrandServ, a global executive recruitment partner, is hiring on behalf of our confidential client for a Director of Brand & Growth. Our client is a rapidly growing coaching and education company serving health and wellness practitioners. Founded in 2023, the business has grown to approximately $6.3M in trailing twelve-month revenue and is on a path toward $10M+ and beyond. The organization delivers coaching programs, educational resources, events, and business growth support to practitioners looking to scale their impact and businesses. As the company continues to grow, marketing can no longer operate as a collection of independent projects. It must become a connected system. This is an opportunity to build and lead a scalable marketing function that strengthens the brand, creates demand, and transforms marketing into a measurable growth engine. You will work directly with the Founder to bring together strategy, creative, demand generation, and execution into one unified function that supports every stage of the customer journey.

Requirements

Experience leading marketing for organizations in coaching, education, SaaS, memberships, digital products, creator businesses, or similar industries
Experience scaling founder-led businesses, ideally from approximately $5M to $20M+ in revenue
Strong background in direct-response marketing while maintaining brand integrity
Demonstrated experience building marketing systems, processes, and scalable departments
Proven leadership experience managing creative and cross-functional teams
Strong strategic thinking combined with a willingness to execute
Experience using AI and marketing automation as a competitive advantage
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, reporting, and revenue attribution
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with evolving priorities

Responsibilities

Developing and owning the company's overall brand strategy, messaging, positioning, voice, creative direction, and brand consistency
Leading demand generation initiatives across organic marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, funnel strategy, lead generation, and conversion optimization
Overseeing content strategy, including podcast growth, social media, educational content, long-form content, content repurposing, and launch campaigns
Planning and executing product launches, evergreen campaigns, event marketing, promotional calendars, and cross-functional marketing initiatives
Building proactive marketing planning systems, operating rhythms, reporting, SOPs, and scalable marketing operations
Implementing AI workflows and marketing automation to improve efficiency and performance
Creating reporting and analytics that enable leadership to make informed marketing decisions
Partnering closely with Sales, Client Success, Operations, and Leadership to improve alignment across the customer journey
Building and developing a high-performing marketing department with clear ownership and accountability
Supporting business growth by diversifying revenue across multiple offers and marketing initiatives
