Tubi is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the strategic planning, investment, and execution of marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth for our Mid-Market and DR advertising business. Reporting to the SVP of B2B Marketing, this role will oversee how marketing budget, programs, and resources are deployed to maximize pipeline, revenue, and efficiency across the Mid-Market/DR segment. You will act as a key partner to Sales leadership, helping shape go-to-market strategy, prioritize investments, and ensure marketing is aligned to the highest-impact revenue opportunities. As a leader within the B2B Marketing organization, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy—from budget allocation and channel mix to lifecycle programs and performance optimization—building a scalable, data-driven engine that supports both immediate demand and long-term business growth. You will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Ads Marketing, Ad Product Marketing, and Media to develop an integrated approach to market coverage, pipeline generation, and revenue acceleration. This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco or Los Angeles office. You must be willing to travel to our office two-three days/week.
