D1 Training is an athletic-based performance facility serving youth athletes and adults. We are hiring a results-driven Sales & Performance Director to own the sales pipeline, run consultations, and close high-ticket personal training packages ($3,000+). This is not a desk sales job. This role requires credibility on the training floor and confidence in structured consultations that lead to high-value personal training programs. Your Primary Mission: Drive performance results for members while growing personal training revenue through consultative, goal-based selling. You must be equally comfortable: Talking periodization and recovery, Running a performance consultation, Prescribing individualized training plans, Closing high-ticket personal training packages.
