About The Position

Engagifii is seeking a Director of Association Solutions to serve as a trusted advisor to association leaders evaluating organizational growth, operational modernization, member engagement strategies, and technology transformation initiatives. This role is designed for professionals who understand the association industry, having worked within associations, nonprofits, membership organizations, and related industries. Instead of managing operations for a single organization, this role offers the opportunity to work with executive leaders from associations nationwide, guiding important organizational decisions and building long-term industry relationships. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role focused on building deep partnerships with current and prospective customer associations through high-quality service delivered with intention and ethics. Success relies on credibility, professionalism, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and the ability to guide thoughtful organizational conversations. The Director of Association Solutions is the primary relationship owner for prospective customers throughout the evaluation and decision-making process, focusing on helping association leaders identify operational challenges, evaluate strategic opportunities, and understand how technology can improve organizational effectiveness, member engagement, communication, advocacy, and long-term growth. This role involves leading discovery conversations, guiding stakeholder alignment, managing relationships across multiple departments and leadership levels, and helping organizations navigate complex decisions. The role partners closely with Engagifii’s internal solution and product experts for platform demonstrations and technical discussions. Additionally, the role serves as a visible representative of Engagifii within the association industry through participation in conferences, webinars, executive discussions, and educational events, contributing thought leadership on topics impacting associations. The Director is expected to build trusted relationships and position Engagifii as a strategic partner through educational conversations, industry involvement, and peer-to-peer leadership. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong communication skills, organizational discipline, executive presence, and the ability to proactively guide conversations and decision-making processes.
