About The Position
Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance is seeking a motivated Director of Aquatic Therapy for its outpatient clinic in Dover, Delaware. The role assesses patients with a variety of physical ailments and provides therapeutic interventions in an aquatic environment. The Director designs and implements personalized treatment plans using water-based therapy techniques to enhance recovery and promote overall well-being, while creating a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for patients. Premier is an outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy group focused on clinical excellence and patient-centered care. Its services include orthopedic and sports physical therapy, dry needling, vestibular interventions, splinting and certified hand therapy, industrial injury prevention and rehabilitation, post-concussion treatment, balance training, post-surgical rehabilitation, and rehabilitation for acute and chronic pain and injuries.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited APTA program.
- Hold a current State of Delaware Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
- CPR certification.
- Outgoing and energetic personality.
