About The Position

The Director of Anesthesia Operations I has overall responsibility for managing a regional group of the assigned specialty medical practices, including accountability for operations, financial performance, managing client relationships, strategic implementation, and people management. This position is responsible for overseeing anesthesia operations across multiple hospital and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) locations throughout Central and Northern New Jersey. The portfolio currently includes 5 hospitals and 11 ambulatory surgery centers, with operational assignments subject to change based on evolving business needs and organizational structure. Current hospital locations include: Princeton Medical Center, HMH JFK University Medical Center, HMH Southern Ocean Medical Center, HMH Raritan Bay Medical Center-Old Bridge, HMH Raritan Bay Medical Center-Perth Amboy. This remote-hybrid role is open to candidates residing permanently in the New Jersey area. The position requires the ability to attend in-person meetings and events onsite as business needs dictate.
