Scale Media is seeking a Director of Analytics to lead and scale the data and analytics function across the company. This senior leadership role reports to the VP of Growth and is responsible for the end-to-end analytics strategy, covering marketing measurement, financial forecasting, retention, and inventory analytics. The role involves turning data into actionable decisions across marketing, growth, finance, and operations. This is a hands-on leadership position in a marketing-driven Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business. The Director will set the vision for how Scale measures and grows its brands, including quantifying marketing incrementality, forecasting business performance, modeling unit economics, and predicting customer value. Key responsibilities include leading the analytics organization, managing the Manager, Data Analytics, and defining and overseeing the data engineering roadmap. A strong emphasis is placed on data accuracy and consistency.
