We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Director of Acquisition to source and secure new commercial real estate acquisition opportunities, while also helping cultivate investor relationships to support growth and future acquisitions. The ideal candidate will establish trusted client relationships to support company growth, plus develop and execute strategic acquisition plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in acquisitions, leasing, operations, business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, CoStar/LoopNet, and Crexi systems
  • Real Estate License (GA)

Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support acquisitions and onboarding
  • Track Business Development and acquisition metrics
  • Support investor relationship development and capital-raising efforts related to new acquisition opportunities
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement innovative strategies for expanding the brokerage’s market presence and revenue
  • Actively promote the company’s brand and unique proposition within the commercial real estate community
