The Director of Accountability is responsible for directing all aspects of the State reporting. Provide information and serve as a resource to leadership and staff, evaluating, developing, implementing data protocols for internal monitoring, analysis, and uploading to the State in compliance with school code and State metrics. The Director of Accountability will serve as district lead for the calculations of all State report card metrics and as a liaison between the Information Technology Department and Curriculum and Instruction Department guiding data collection, assessment corrections, attendance and enrollment data, course assignment data, and the data involved in the continual cycle of improvement process to foster a data culture within the district.
