As the Director of Academic Integrity and Access (Level 15), you will serve as a key institutional leader ensuring fairness, ethical conduct, and equitable access across all Fuqua academic programs. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Associate Dean for Programs, partnering with faculty, staff, and campus leaders to uphold the standards that define Fuqua’s academic excellence. The Director of Academic Integrity and Access leads Fuqua’s academic integrity processes and ADA academic accommodation services with a strategic, data‑informed, and student‑centered approach. What You'll Do: - Lead the end‑to‑end administration of the Honor Code, including investigations, evidence review, interviews, documentation, and Judicial Board hearings. - Serve as a senior advisor to the Senior Associate Dean for Programs, faculty, program leadership, and Judicial Board members. - Oversee academic ADA accommodations across all programs and instructional modalities. - Develop and deliver educational sessions on ethical decision‑making, academic integrity, and accessibility. - Partner with faculty to integrate integrity expectations across the student lifecycle. - Analyze trends and advance policy/process improvements. - Supervise the Accommodations Coordinator. - Collaborate with IT, SDAO, Legal Counsel, and the Dean’s Office. - Prepare annual reporting for leadership. What You Bring: Required Education & Qualifications: - Master’s degree or higher in higher education administration, business administration, ethics, law, or a related field. - Knowledge of higher education policies, academic integrity processes, or student conduct systems. - Exceptional judgment and discretion. - Strong interpersonal communication skills. - Highly organized and analytical. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a business school or professional school environment. - Experience supervising staff. - Familiarity with academic integrity‑related technologies. - Experience developing educational programming. - Experience with ADA accommodations. Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $68,970.00 to USD $127,008.00.
