Requirements

• B.S., B.A. degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, etc.
• Three (3) years healthcare experience with at least two (2) years in a managerial capacity.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
• Five (5) years healthcare management experience

Responsibilities

• Manage the system wide delivery of OB/GYN practices under their responsibility.
• Manage physicians, advanced practice providers, and physician offices.
• Set the direction of the practices to meet system, hospital, and physician goals.
• Oversee physician leadership and communication, practice efficiency, function and customer service, productivity, and growth of the practices and physicians.
• Responsible for marketing and customer service to referring physicians.
