About The Position

Assesses, plans, provides for and evaluates the delivery of nursing services within the PCS department. Facilitates the integration of nursing policies and standards into practice. Ensures quality of care, patient satisfaction and staff competency. Directs the nursing management team in the daily operation of patient care areas. Works within the department and as an integral part of the Center’s leadership team to operationalize patient care and service goals and objectives established by the administrative leadership team.

Requirements

• Minimum five to seven years nursing experience
• Three years nursing supervisory or management experience
• Bachelors’ degree in nursing required
• Masters’ degree in nursing or healthcare related field required
• NJ State Nursing License
• Critical thinking
• Analytical thinking
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
