About The Position

The Director Non-Invasive Cardiology at St. Cloud Hospital is responsible and accountable for the management and operations of the Echo, Nuclear Medicine, Stress Testing, EKG, Cardiac Registry/Data Management, Cardiac Rehab, and Clinical Research areas of CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center. This role manages the mobile outreach program for nuclear medicine and Echo, and is responsible for the integration and coordination of services with medical staff and other hospital services and outreach locations. The position will create and implement policies and procedures, ensure regulatory requirements are met, and provide collaborative leadership, coordination, direction, and development of teams and programs. The Director is responsible for the retention and development of qualified staff while enhancing communication and feedback throughout the department. Additionally, this role will pursue and obtain contracts for mobile diagnostic services in the central Minnesota area and promote an environment conducive to positive and collaborative relationships with all internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively more responsible clinical management experience.
  • Demonstrated management skills including leadership, problem solving, communication, organization and goal setting essential.

  • Master’s degree preferred.
