The Director, Menu Strategy & Pricing is a key member of the commercial team, unlocking growth and profitability through menu offering and strategic pricing. This leader operates with an ownership mindset, clear accountability, analytics and strategic thinking, and with a passion for growing the business.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years experience in pricing or menu management for hospitality brand
- Bachelor degree required
- AI toolset (Chat GPT, Claude, etc.)
- Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present and socialize recommendations with executive leadership team and franchisees, independently

- Graduate degree preferred (MBA or professional degree)
Responsibilities
- Developing pricing strategy and establish pricing guardrails and governance
- Establishing pricing for new products, bundles and LTOs
- Guiding price communication and value messaging across consumer touchpoints
- Developing and maintains menu architecture strategy, category roles
- Developing and tests new pricing architecture, menu flow, value ladders and menu architectures
- Managing RMS relationship and monitors impact of pricing actions
- Monitoring competitive pricing and market value positioning
