About The Position

This role is for a Director, Member Marketing, who will develop marketing plans and strategies to promote the brand's products and services, elevate the brand, and raise brand awareness through innovative, multichannel, and cross-functional marketing campaigns. The role involves reviewing market research and competitive intelligence to identify trends impacting branding opportunities, and compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data for in-market campaigns to make strategic recommendations and adjustments. The position offers a flexible work environment requiring 4 days in the office per week and can be based in San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Charlotte, NC, Colorado Springs, CO, or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • 8 or more years of progressive related experience required.
  • 3 or more years of direct team lead or management experience required.
  • Subject-matter-expert understanding of the marketing function/discipline and demonstrated application of knowledge, skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team that facilitates all interaction points between Business Partners and Marketing for marketing, sales, and service activities.
  • Managing collaborative working relationships with Business Partners and Marketing.
  • Integrating cross-functional collaboration and innovations by supplying knowledge between Business Partners and Marketing.
  • Providing status updates on marketing, sales, and service activities to key stakeholders.
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns and assessing ROI and KPIs.
  • Leading an integrated team in the development of multi-channel creative campaigns to motivate the audience to 'take action'.
  • Providing additional support, including performance analysis and communications, to key stakeholders, including Senior leadership.
  • Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets, and competitors' activities to support the development of marketing strategies.
  • Leading and guiding the team in managing assigned Marketing budget(s).
  • Ensuring risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
