About The Position

The creator economy runs on people doing everything themselves: shoot, edit, write, design, post, repeat, until they burn out. Made exists to give them their time and their craft back. We're building the creative OS for creators, and we're looking for the marketer who's going to put it on the map. Here's the part most early roles can't offer: this is a ground-floor seat at a company that's already real. Made is a brand-new product, but it's built by RHEI, which has spent two decades working with the biggest names in media (Sony Pictures, Universal, Paramount) and partners with thousands of creators today. So you get the rare combination: the blank canvas and upside of an early product, with the network, credibility, and backing of a company that's lived in the creator world for 20 years. RHEI is a creator economy company advancing the industry by helping creators, media companies and brands find success through digital content. We provide end-to-end solutions to help creators and media companies grow their audiences and revenue, while helping brands connect to hard-to-reach digital fans. Our proprietary technologies leverage generative AI, machine learning, digital signal processing and big data to power our platform and ecosystem, and we are the largest multi-vertical video publisher in the world, reaching tens of billions of monthly views and over 600 million monthly uniques. Made gives creators a full creative team without the overhead: clip and edit video, design thumbnails, write scripts and posts, engage with the community and publish everywhere their audience lives. Our beliefs are simple: 1. AI should elevate human creativity, not try to replace it 2. No creator should burn out doing the work of an entire studio alone. You'll own how Made reaches creators, earns their trust, and turns them into people who can't imagine creating without it. This is a hands-on, player-coach role: you do the work yourself now, and build the team as the momentum proves you right. Requirements

  • 6+ years in marketing, with the range to set the strategy and ship the work yourself.
  • You're of the creator economy: you've worked at a creator tool, platform, creator-commerce, or creator-facing brand, and you get how creators actually discover and adopt new things.
  • A builder, not a delegator. You'll personally write the homepage, cut the demo, and run the channels until there's a team to hand them to.
  • A track record taking marketing from 0-to-1 at an early-stage company.

Responsibilities

  • Own Made's marketing end to end: positioning, brand, website, social, and the story we tell the world.
  • Find the wedge: the one thing creators get genuinely excited about and will change their routine for.
  • Run a creator-first, organic motion: demos and tutorials as marketing, content-led growth, real community presence. We earn attention, we don't buy it with paid blitzes.
  • Turn RHEI's creator relationships into design partners, proof, and word-of-mouth.
  • Build your team: a content and social creator and a designer to start, more as you prove what works.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with product positioning, onboarding, and what makes creators stick.
  • Other duties as assigned
