This role is responsible for owning the global demand generation strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads. The Director Marketing will work with the central digital team to build and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, ABM, webinars, content syndication, and SEO. Key responsibilities include establishing and managing lead scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle programs in partnership with Sales, driving MQL-to-SQL conversion and pipeline contribution, and managing marketing automation and CRM integration for data accuracy and performance tracking. The role also involves setting KPIs for lead volume, CPL, CAC, and pipeline impact, leading strategy and execution for industry events, trade shows, executive roundtables, webinars, and roadshows, and driving pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event lead follow-up. Additionally, the Director Marketing will build strong experiential marketing programs, manage vendor relationships and event budgets, partner with Product Marketing to refine value propositions and GTM strategy, and work closely with Sales leadership to define ICPs, segments, and pipeline priorities. Building strong feedback loops between sales and marketing, enabling sales with campaigns, content, and field programs, and presenting performance insights to executive leadership are also key aspects of this role. Collaboration with Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships is expected.
