The Marketing function at SharkNinja is directly accountable for achieving a high rate of sale across the portfolio, focusing on demand creation, sell-in, and sell-through of both new product launches and the base business. SharkNinja marketers operate with a general manager mindset and collaborate across functional boundaries to drive growth and market leadership. This highly cross-functional role partners closely with R&D, Engineering, Product Development, Demand Planning, Creative, Media, Sales, Consumer Insights, and regional teams. As the Director, Marketing, you will serve as a key steward of your business and category portfolio, helping to shape product roadmaps, global go-to-market strategies, and integrated marketing programs. You will ensure a consistent and compelling consumer value proposition across all touchpoints, including packaging, advertising, PR, social and content marketing, web properties, retail merchandising, and trade communications.
