Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years pharma marketing experience, oncology or urology marketing preferred.
  • Launch experience is strongly preferred.
  • Collaborative, flexible, “can-do” attitude.
  • Start up, strategic, problem-solver mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with influence across cross-functional groups and foster a culture of teamwork and high performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success operating within US legal-regulatory environment affecting promotional activities.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to prepare and deliver effective presentations to field based and internal colleagues as well as corporate management.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of the promotional platforms for Zusduri: creative campaign, messaging, engagement, digital, key materials for field force and non-personal delivery.
  • Effectively translate clinical data and customer insights into promotional strategies, messaging, and tactical planning.
  • Manage creative agencies to create and roll out real world data, guidelines, and other new messages as the brand evolves.
  • Effectively drive tactics through the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory approval process.
  • Collaborate effectively with the commercial field organization to communicate clear brand priorities and seek feedback to improve marketing tactics.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to a range of internal stakeholders, including executive leadership team, and external audiences.
  • Communicate product vision and updates effectively across the organization
  • Engage directly with key opinion leaders, researchers, and clinical partners to gather insights
  • Define and track KPIs to assess product performance and inform decision-making
