Ironclad is seeking a Director of Marketing Technology and Operations to lead the team responsible for the marketing engine's operations, including technology, processes, and data. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on managing legacy systems while driving the adoption of AI-native ways of working. The role involves owning the marketing technology stack and operational processes across the entire funnel, from brand awareness to community engagement. The individual will collaborate with marketing leadership, sales, revenue operations, and engineering to ensure scalable systems, data, and workflows. This position reports to the Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer.
