We provide a suite of payment and lending products, solutions for travel and everyday business spending, cross-border payments, global currency solutions, and business financing. The Global Commercial Services Marketing team is responsible for creating an end-to-end marketing strategy and distribution plan for our prospect & customer segments around the world. This Director will lead the Performance & Analytics team within GCSM Global Investments & Marketing Enablement, owning the end-to-end performance narrative for our marketing organization. You will be the single voice ensuring leadership sees the full picture of marketing performance — not just the individual campaigns or channels, but how it all comes together. Equally important, you will lead the modernization of how we measure, report, and discuss results — evolving the structure and content of our discussion while driving automation through LUMI, Power Automate, and Power BI, and championing GenAI adoption across our processes. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to GCSM senior leadership and the chance to shape how an entire marketing organization understands and acts on performance. You'll also be at the forefront of bringing GenAI and automation into a function that's ready for transformation.
