Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing operations, drive strategic planning, and lead key initiatives within the market or Center of Expertise (COE).
• Manage brand equity and execute strategies that build awareness and preference among patients, consumers, physicians, and associates.
• Support product and service innovation, design, differentiation, and market positioning.
• Mentor, coach, and manage department staff, overseeing succession planning and day-to-day operational support.
