This role requires a skilled, hands-on marketing professional to execute this strategy, build and deploy campaigns, manage digital channels, and optimize a lean budget. The successful candidate will collaborate with various staff to create compelling communications. A key challenge is sustaining member loyalty during a multi-year rebuild and relocation process, and then converting community excitement into new memberships for the new campus. The core challenge involves retaining members through physical disruption, building anticipation, and driving new membership for the grand opening of the new JCC campus. This must be achieved simultaneously on a lean budget through smart segmentation and channel discipline.
