The Director of Marketing & Communications leads RAVE's brand, product marketing, and external communications strategy across the global in-flight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC) market. This role is responsible for strengthening brand awareness, market differentiation, and customer engagement while supporting commercial growth. Working closely with Product, Sales, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership, the Director develops and executes integrated marketing initiatives that position RAVE as a leader in hardware and digital platform solutions. This leader will oversee all aspects of brand management, product positioning, communications, events, and industry engagement while building and developing a high-performing marketing team. The ideal candidate is a strategic and collaborative marketing leader with a strong background in B2B marketing, ideally within complex technology, aerospace, aviation, or other highly technical industries. They possess the ability to translate sophisticated products and solutions into compelling customer value propositions, build credibility with enterprise customers and industry stakeholders, and drive measurable business results through integrated marketing initiatives. This individual combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, excels at building cross-functional partnerships, and brings the leadership presence, creativity, and business acumen needed to elevate RAVE's brand and support continued growth.
